Lipe, the founder of MayanCalendar2012.org, has traveled throughout much of Central America and lived in Guatemala 3+ years. During this time Lipe studied under and interacted with indigenous Maya and has had the fortune to meet and interact with personalities extermely knowledgeable in Mayan customs and beliefs. Lipe has a BBA in Computers and a MBA in Telecommunications. (By the way, Lipe got his nickname from an old Guatemalan man who was making homemade Quetzalteca, a really mean Guatemalan moonshine. Lipe says he just happended along with another friend - yea right!).
